DM–RPM 200 Refractory & Concrete Spraying Machine

Compact, Versatile, and Built for Light Coating Applications
The DM–RPM 200, developed by DENMAK MAKINA, is a compact and efficient spraying machine designed for light refractory and concrete coating applications. With its unique rotor structure, it handles a wide range of concrete types containing various aggregates—including gravel, crushed stone, and pebbles up to 16 mm in diameter.
With a spraying capacity of 2 m³/h, the DM–RPM 200 offers low energy and air consumption, thanks to its optimized rotor geometry, high-quality steel components, and durable rubber plates. The integrated lubrication system significantly extends the lifespan of wear parts by reducing friction and mechanical wear.
The machine's compact design makes it ideal for low-clearance and tight spaces, while the remote control system and waterproof electrical panel ensure maximum operator safety. Built-in protections include phase sequence protection, voltage fluctuation protection, overcurrent, and thermal overload protection.
Maintenance is quick and simple: spare parts can be replaced without calibration or technical expertise, ensuring minimal downtime and low total cost of ownership.
