DM–HKM–T–500 Refractory Mortar Mixer

The HKM–T 500 (Wheeled & Panel Model) is a powerful, durable, and mobile mixer designed for preparing refractory mortars, plasters, and other construction material mixtures. Its hardened mixing tank and paddles allow operation with abrasive and corrosive materials such as refractory concrete. The asymmetrically positioned paddles provide excellent mixing performance, reduce vibration, and increase stability.

It is compatible with both wet and dry mixtures, as well as aggregates or fibers of different sizes. Thanks to its high-torque gearbox, it can operate comfortably even with highly plastic mixtures. The water-resistant motor, gearbox, and electrical components enhance safety and make cleaning easier.

This special model offers easy portability with its high-strength wheels and practical use with its integrated control panel. The double-hinged top covers, two proximity sensors, and optional features—such as LED lighting, automatic water intake system, and a more powerful motor—provide maximum efficiency.
