DM–HKM–T–500 Refractory Mortar Mixer

HKM–T 500 (Wheeled & Control Panel Model) is a powerful, durable, and mobile mixer designed for preparing refractory mortars, plasters, and other building material mixtures. Its hardened mixing drum and paddles allow working with abrasive and corrosive materials such as refractory concrete. Asymmetrically positioned paddles ensure an excellent mix, reduce vibrations, and improve stability.

Compatible with both wet and dry mixtures, as well as various sizes of aggregates or fibers, it features a high-torque gearbox that allows easy operation even with high-plasticity mixes. The water-resistant motor, gearbox, and electrical components enhance safety and enable easy cleaning.

This special model comes with heavy-duty wheels for easy mobility and an integrated control panel for user-friendly operation. Double hinged top covers, two proximity sensors, LED lighting, an automatic water supply system, and a more powerful motor ensure maximum efficiency.
