DM-BPM 700 Shotcrete Machine

Durable, Efficient, and Cost-Effective Dry Concrete Spraying Solution
The DM-BPM 700, developed by DENMAK MAKINA, is a high-performance dry shotcrete machine designed for continuous and efficient operation in demanding environments such as tunnels, mines, and slope stabilizations.
Its innovative rotor system allows the use of all standard shotcrete cements and supports spraying of aggregates up to 12 mm in diameter. Thanks to hardened steel plates, advanced rotor geometry, and high-performance rubber discs, the machine consumes less air and electricity than traditional systems.
A built-in automatic oiling system extends the life of rubber plates and reduces maintenance needs. Its sealed and weather-resistant control panel ensures maximum safety, with integrated protections such as phase sequence control, voltage fluctuation protection, and overload safeguards.
Compact, easy to maintain, and user-friendly, the DM-BPM 700 is the ideal choice for all dry shotcrete applications.
