DM–BPM 400 Shotcrete Machine

Compact, Economical, and Easy-to-Use Dry Concrete Spraying Solution
The DM–BPM 400, engineered by DENMAK MAKINA, is a compact and budget-friendly dry concrete spraying machine designed for efficiency, safety, and ease of use. It is the ideal addition to your equipment lineup thanks to its low operating cost, affordable price, and user-friendly design.
The specially engineered rotor system allows for the use of all standard shotcrete and refractory cements with aggregate sizes up to 0.8 mm. Its advanced rotor geometry, hardened steel plates, and composite rubber discs ensure lower air and electricity consumption compared to traditional machines.
A built-in lubrication system reduces wear and extends the lifespan of rubber components, contributing to lower maintenance needs. The double-sealed, dust- and water-resistant control panel ensures operator safety, while integrated protections guard against phase sequence errors, voltage fluctuations, overcurrent, and thermal overload.
The compact structure makes it ideal for low-clearance and confined spaces, and spare parts can be replaced easily without calibration or expert intervention.
