DM-PEM 100 Piston Type Cement Injection Machine | Denmak Makina

What is the DM-RPM 100 and What Does It Do?

In deep ground consolidation and projects requiring high pressure, standard screw pumps may be insufficient. The DM-PEM 100 Piston Type Cement Injection Machine is a heavy-duty, double-boiler grout pump produced by Denmak Makina for demanding construction sites, powered by a hydraulic pushing system.

Thanks to its innovative double boiler design, while the material is mixed in the 250-liter upper mixer, a continuous pump flow is provided from the 500-liter resting boiler below. Designed with a zero-maintenance cost goal, this machine reaches a massive injection pressure of 120 bar, filling even the finest cracks in deep grounds with cement grout.

Where is the DM-PEM 100 Used?

With its high hydraulic power and wear-resistant cylinder structure, the DM-PEM 100 is indispensable in the following areas:

  • Dam and Tunnel Projects: In deep dam curtain grouting and crack injection operations for waterproofing in tunnels.

  • Ground Consolidation and Anchoring: In ground nailing (soil nailing), pre-stressed anchor injection, and soil consolidation.

  • Abrasive Material Transfer: Thanks to its chrome and titanium-plated cylinder walls, in pumping demanding mortars containing fine sand.

  • Reinforced Concrete Structures: In strengthening heavily damaged structures or bridge piers with chemical and cementitious grouts.

How to Use the DM-PEM 100? (Step-by-Step Operation Guide)

Follow the steps below in order for the machine to operate with a long life and full performance:

  • Electrical and Hydraulic Line: All connections and electrical cables on the Siemens panel must be checked.

  • Motor Test: The hydraulic pump motor (11 kW) and mixer motors must be started, and the system's sound and piston movements must be observed.

  • Mixing: An appropriate amount of material and water is added to the upper mixer boiler (250 L), and the mixing process is started.

  • Transfer and Pumping: When the mixture is ready, it is transferred to the lower resting boiler (500 L), and the high-pressure injection process is started from here.

  • When the process is completed, it must be ensured that all the material inside the piston and the hoses is emptied.

  • The motors must be turned off, and a detailed cleaning process must be started without losing time.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Answer: Thanks to its hydraulic pushing power, the piston type injection machine can reach very high pressures (120 bar) that rubber rotor systems cannot, and it is much more resistant to abrasive materials like sand due to its cylinder structure.

Answer: No. The DM-PEM 100 features a high-capacity hydraulic oil tank and a special heat exchanger system that cools the oil with water. It can work non-stop in poorly ventilated tunnels or extremely hot sites.

Answer: Depending on the difficulty of your project and customer demand, the hydraulic pushing power of the piston can be adjusted between 6 tons and 20 tons.

Answer: Absolutely. All hydraulic and electrical components in our machine are at global industry standards. Consumables such as piston seals and valve systems are always available in Denmak Makina stocks. With our 100% fully compatible spare parts, your project will never be left unfinished.
