DM-KEM 40 Cement Injection Machine with Boiler | Denmak

What is the DM-KEM 40 and What Does It Do?

In ground improvement and structural strengthening projects, preparing the material at the correct consistency and conveying it under high pressure is of critical importance. The DM-KEM 40 Cement Injection Machine, thanks to its integrated mixer structure, is a compact injection machine and grout pump that solves both the mixing and pumping processes in a single unit.

This machine can transfer high-density cement, plaster, screed, and calcium-based chemicals horizontally and vertically up to a pressure of 40 bar. Especially in ground consolidation projects, it saves space and time on the site with its boiler structure (400-liter tank capacity) that does not require a separate mixer. With its rotor stator technology, it pumps even low-fluidity materials without any problems.

Where is the DM-KEM 40 Used?

Thanks to its powerful screw pump system and versatile structure, the DM-KEM 40 is the choice of professionals in the following areas:

  • Ground Consolidation and Anchoring: In void-filling operations as a soil nailing and anchor grouting pump.

  • Tunnel and Dam Projects: In tunnel waterproofing injection and dam curtain grouting applications.

  • Structural Repair: In crack injection and strengthening in the restoration of bridges, viaducts, and historical buildings.

  • Floor Screed and Filling: In self-leveling screed and floor leveling operations.

  • Geotechnical Applications: In ground stabilization carried out using well packers and mechanical packers.

How to Use the DM-KEM 40? (Step-by-Step Application Guide)

To ensure the long life and safe operation of the machine, the following starting and injection instructions must be followed:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Answer: The theoretical pumping capacity is 70 liters per minute, which is approximately 4.2 cubic meters per hour.

Answer: Our machine uses standard 2L6 type or P8 type (depending on the project) rotor and stator, which are widely known in the industry (global standards) and easily obtainable. You will not experience spare part problems.

Answer: Thanks to its powerful motor, it can transfer smoothly up to 80 meters vertically and up to 100 meters horizontally.

Answer: The main motor is 7.5 kW and the mixer motor is 3 kW, making a total power consumption of 10.5 kW.
